This document only provides a summary of the key features of the insurance. You will find all the terms and conditions in the policy conditions
Aon Student Insurance offers cover for international students, interns, exchange students, PhD candidates, search year students and academic staff abroad. Each insured person applies individually for their own Student insurance.
Medical expenses that could be foreseen at the start date of the insurance. This exclusion does not apply for the coverages:
-Full Degree Netherlands
-Full Degree Wageningen
-Full Degree Germany
-Exchange Germany
The costs of treatments that can reasonably be postponed until the Insured Person has returned to his/her Homeland.
Dental costs for the relief of acute pain, per
Insured Year max. € 350,-. Dental costs as the
result of an Accident, per event max. € 1.250,-.
The Medical Expenses section of your insurance offers cover for a period of at most eight consecutive weeks during a temporary stay in your Homeland or outside your Destination Country in connection with a trip.
The cover for the Medical Expenses section is also in force during an exchange or internship abroad for a maximum of nine months.
You are covered world wide.
You are required to provide all necessary information requested by or on behalf of the insurer.
Pay your insurance premium on time. "On time" means within thirty days after notification of the premium. You can pay the insurance in monthly terms, yearly terms or at once. You can pay for the insurance by manual bank transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, MasterCard & Visa credit cards, or iDeal.
The cover starts on the start date and ends on the end date of the insurance policy.
You may cancel or terminate the contract at any time. This can easily be arranged by logging into your Online Account and terminating your policy on the 'My Insurance' page.
